Ben Kaffenberger graduated from Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed his residency at Ohio State. His clinical interests are in hospital based dermatology, autoimmune skin disease, graft-versus-host disease, and drug reactions. He has research interests in hospital dermatology outcomes, imaging techniques and analysis in dermatology, teledermatology/patient access to dermatology, and clinical trials. His research has been funded by the National Psoriasis Foundation, American Acne and Rosacea Society, Dermatology Foundation, National Rosacea Society, the Ohio Department of Medicaid, and the NIH. In his spare time, he enjoys music, being outdoors, fishing, home improvement, cross-country skiing, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Dr. Carlos Cervera is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Alberta (Canada). Dr. Cervera’s main research interests include infections in immunosuppressed patients and patients with solid organ transplantation, especially bacterial infections and Cytomegalovirus. He has authored more than 200 original articles in indexed journals and over 25 book chapters.
