Hannah received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville in 2009. In 2014, she received a Master of Science in nursing from Columbia University School of Nursing and was the recipient of the 2021 Early Career Alumni Award as an Emerging Nurse Leader.

Hannah has taken the lead role in the development of a Solid Organ Transplant Transition Program. She collaborates with a multidisciplnary team of transplant physicians, pharmacists, and psychologists; uses evidence-based research to guide clinical decision-making; and improves clinical outcomes for pediatric organ transplant patients transitioning from pediatric to adult care.

Anthony Alioto, Ph.D., ABPP, is a board-certified pediatric psychologist. He serves as the Clinical Director for the Pediatric Psychology Specialty Care team in Behavioral Health at Nemours Children's Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. He also serves as the Clinical Director and the Psychologist for the Gender Wellness Program at Nemours Children's Hospital. Prior to starting at Nemours in 2017, Dr. Alioto was a pediatric psychologist at Nationwide Children's Hospital for 17 years, with a focus on gastroenterological disorders and renal transplant. During his 22 years as a pediatric psychologist, he has been involved in psychologist training, education, and advocacy.

Dr. Billy A. Caceres is an Assistant Professor in the Center for Sexual and Gender Minority Health Research at Columbia University School of Nursing. His research examines social determinants of cardiovascular health among sexual and gender minority populations across the lifespan. He recently served as the lead author of the American Heart Association’s first scientific statement on the cardiovascular health of sexual and gender minority adults. In 2020, Dr. Caceres was the recipient of the NIH's Sexual and Gender Minority Early-Stage Investigator Award. He is a fellow of the American Heart Association and the American Academy of Nursing.

Dr. Aude Henin is founding Co-Director of the Child CBT Program and Director of Psychological Services in the Gender Identity Program in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. She specializes in assessment of and CBT with children with mood, autism spectrum, OCD, and anxiety disorders. Dr. Henin is an expert in providing affirming, evidence-based interventions for trans and gender-diverse youth and their families. For the past three years, she has served on the Massachusetts Commission for LGBTQ Youth. Dr. Henin’s work has been funded by the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation, Harvard University, the National Institute of Mental Health, and the Department of Defense.
