Dr. Sishir Gang joined the department of Nephrology, Muljibhai Patel Urological hospital in 1997 and is the Chairman of the Department, since 2010.
Dr. Gang received his MBBS and MD (general medicine; awarded Gold medal) from Baroda Medical College. His training in Nephrology, with degrees of DM and DNB, from the Christian Medical College and Hospital, Vellore and MGR University, Tamil Nadu.
He has been awarded international fellowships from the International Society of Nephrology at the Arkansas Institute of Medical Sciences in Little Rock, USA, and from the International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis at the University of Missouri Medical School in Columbia, Missouri, USA.
His main area of interest is in renal transplantation. Dr. Gang has authored multiple original articles and book chapters. He has held several presentations at national and international conferences. He has mentored more than 50 Nephrologists. He is past Secretary and President of Indian Society of Nephrology (West zone chapter).

Dr. Blair graduated with honors from the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine and then completed residency and Infectious Disease Fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston, MA. She recently served as the director of immunocompromised host education for the Division of Infectious Diseases at BIDMC. While at BIDMC, she served as the medical director of the BIDMC COVID-19 ambulatory therapy clinic and the former BIDMC affiliated COVID-19 vaccine clinics. In September 2024, she will be joining Massachusetts General Hospital Infectious Diseases Division where she will continue to provide clinical care in Transplant Infectious Diseases. Dr. Blair’s clinical interests involve providing clinical care to the immunocompromised host and treating and preventing infections in this population.
