She is a Pulmonary Disease Specialist who established the Lung transplant program in 2000 in Iran. In 2004 she also established organ donation program in one of the main Universities of Tehran to increase the rate of organ donation for patients on transplant waiting lists especially on the list of lung transplant which was her main concern. With her colleagues and their hard works they could perform some projects for increasing the donation rate in this University and could get the family consent rate of 96% and make a PMP of 32.4 in its area with 10 million population. She was assigned the Director of Organ donation and Transplantation Office of the Ministry of Health of Iran in 2014. Again her colleagues and she presented some projects to the Minister of Health and with his approval and Iranian Supreme Transplant Council confirmation they started these projects in the country and could increase the organ donation rate in Iran significantly. She also with the best of Iranian Transplant and also Culture and Art experts of Iran established a NGO named "Iranian Society of Organ Donation" to help the Ministry of Health Transplant Management Center especially in issues like Social awareness activities, Donor family support, Donor teams education, research and every other related activities which is needed to improve organ donation and transplantation in Iran. In 2018 responsibility of establishing “Organ donation and Transplantation Registry of Iran” (OTRI), “Organ Transfer System of Iran” (OTSI), Quality assurance and audit of organ procurement units and some other important projects of the Ministry of Health has been passed to ISOD and she with her colleagues in their NGO are hardly working on these important issues. She has been a member of ISODP council since 2017.

Dr. Deven Juneja is the Director of Institute of Critical Care Medicine, Max Hospital Saket. He is also the Secretary of ISCCM, Delhi/Noida branch. He has more than 60 peer-reviewed publications to his name and has published a book on critical care toxicology and has written numerous chapters in various textbooks.

Armed Forces Veteran with rich clinical experience of twenty-one years in Intensive Care along with certifications of Indian Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine [IFCCM], European Diploma in Intensive Care [EDIC] and European Diploma in Advanced Intensive Care Echocardiography [EDEC]; being the first India based Intensivist to qualify for EDEC.

Well versed with all facets of ICU management with cardiac surgical intensive care, extracorporeal therapies, long term mechanical ventilation, leadership, mentorship, team building, research, and communication being areas of interest.

Currently working on driving the humanizing ICU concept to deliver patient centered care with empathy and family involvement.

Have exceptional skills in transthoracic [TTE] & transesophageal [TEE] echo based hemodynamic monitoring and point of care ultrasound, and have used these to improve patient outcomes in complex cases. Designed protocols and processes for COVID-19 management, was Principal Investigator for ICMR conducted PLACID trial for RFH. Have 15 indexed publications, and was Associate Editor Textbook of Environmental Medicine (WK 2nd ed.) Awarded "President's Citation" from President, ISCCM for contribution to society work in 2020 and 2021.

Dr. T. Mohan Sankarji Maharaj is a Director for the Department of Critical Care in Medicover Hospital, Visakhapatnam. He is an Executive member of the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine or southern India. He has three publications and two review articles. He has an experience of managing 35 brain death cases.

She has a rich, broad-based expertise in health care management arising out of 27 years of experience with leading eye care and not-for-profit organizations around the world. She was an Administrator of L.V. Prasad Eye Institute for seven years (1986-93), following which she became the Executive Director of Eye Bank Association of India, where she served for 9 years (1993-2002). Having been trained internationally in USA, Prague and UK, she started MOHAN Foundation in Hyderabad in 2002.

In the year 2004 Lalitha’s passionate commitment to her profession transcended deep personal tragedy. In a tragic incident, her young 19 year old son had a fatal road accident and was declared brain dead. Walking the talk, Lalitha and her husband took the heart-breaking but inspiring decision to donate their son’s organs. For this brave and noble action, they were presented the CNN IBN Real Heroes Award. They received a trophy and a cash award of INR 5 Lakhs, which they have donated to MOHAN Foundation to further the cause of organ donation.

Most recently, Lalitha has been inducted as an “Ashoka Fellow. She has also received the “Rotary Vocational Excellence Award” and "Woman in Transplantation Hero Award" among several other awards.
