2026 Call for Nominations Vice President (President-Elect)

Dear SPLIT Community,

SPLIT is seeking qualified candidates to be considered for the Vice President (President-Elect) position to begin a 2 year term after the virtual Mid Year Council Meeting in October 2026.

Nominations and applications are welcome from anyone who has served on SPLIT Council and is a SPLIT Section member in good standing.

All applications will be reviewed by the SPLIT Executive Council, who will present a final slate of nominees to the SPLIT Council and then to SPLIT membership for the 2026 election.

Please email the Candidate Overview Form and other requested documents to Katie Tait, SPLIT Section Manager at TTS at katie.tait@tts.org. Please review the following and gather all of the information and documents prior to proceeding to apply.

You will need to supply the following documents with your email application:

  • Two letters of support from two members in good standing of SPLIT
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Candidate Overview form (attached)
  • Recent headshot

Applicants will be notified in mid June 2026 as to the status of their acceptance to the election slate for the 2026 election (to mid June through to early August 2026). IF you are chosen for the ballot, you will be required to fill out the SPLIT Conflict of Interest form for review prior to final acceptance.

The deadline for submission of applications is June 8, 2025.
