Dr. Blair graduated with honors from the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine and then completed residency and Infectious Disease Fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston, MA. She recently served as the director of immunocompromised host education for the Division of Infectious Diseases at BIDMC. While at BIDMC, she served as the medical director of the BIDMC COVID-19 ambulatory therapy clinic and the former BIDMC affiliated COVID-19 vaccine clinics. In September 2024, she will be joining Massachusetts General Hospital Infectious Diseases Division where she will continue to provide clinical care in Transplant Infectious Diseases. Dr. Blair’s clinical interests involve providing clinical care to the immunocompromised host and treating and preventing infections in this population.

Dr Shyam B Bansal is the Director and Head of Nephrology at Medanta Institute of Nephrology and Kidney Transplant. Dr Bansal has been involved in the care of more than 3000 kidney transplant recipients till now. He is also the Honorary Secretary of the Indian Society of Nephrology. He has received fellowships of the Indian Society of Nephrology, the Indian society of Organ Transplantation, the American Society of Nephrology and the Royal College of Physicians (London). He is currently a member of the South Asian Regional Board of the International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and a member of the Education Committee of the Transplantation Society (TTS). He is the chair of local organizing working group of World Congress of Nephrology, 2025 to be held in Delhi. Dr Bansal is has published more than 70 original articles and many book chapters in the field of Nephrology and kidney transplantation. He has extensively published on post-transplant infections including Mucormycosis, histoplasmosis, leishmaniasis, Dengue etc. Recently he published a supplementation on Transplant Infectious disease guidelines for South Asia in the Indian Journal of Transplantation as guest editor and as summary of these guidelines were published in Transplantation.

Dr Swarnalatha Guditi, MD, DM (Nephrology), FISOT, FISN is a Professor and Head of Dept of Nephrology at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. She has two decades of experience in Nephrology and transplantation.

She leads one of the largest Nephrology departments in India, training 10 fellows annually in Clinical Nephrology, Dialysis and Transplantation. The department conducts the highest number of kidney transplants facilitating approximately 1700 kidney transplants over the past two decades. Her academic accomplishments include over 100 publications in the field of Nephrology, 30 of which focus specifically on transplantation.

She is also the nodal officer for the deceased donor transplantation program of government of Telangana, since its inception in the year 2012 called "Jeevandan" (donating life). With a donation rate of 5.7 pmp, Jeevandan boasts the highest donation rate in the country.

She is also the South Asian Regional Board member of International Society of Nephrology and awarded the champion of transplant by TTS.

As a founding member of the "Women in Nephrology India" association, she has contributed to advancing the role of women in nephrology and addressing gender-specific issues in kidney diseases. She was awarded the "Women Pioneer in the field of Organ Transplantation" by Ministry of Health, Govt of India in the year 2024.
