The membership application is completed online through a step-by-step form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. For TTS and IXA applications, you must identify the sponsor(s) supporting your submission. TTS applicants are also required to upload additional materials, including a CV and a brief professional profile (a one-paragraph biographical sketch). ISUTx applicants must apply directly through the section website at: https://tts.org/isutx-membership.

You may log out at any time and return later to complete your application from where you left off by signing in with your email address and password in the “Returning Applicants” box. To access your saved application, return to this page and use the login box located in the bottom right corner. You can check the status of your application at any time by logging in with your email and password. Please do not attempt to log in through the main TTS website, as this will not provide access to your application.

After submission, the review process typically takes 4–6 weeks. You will be notified by email once a decision has been made. Please do not submit payment for membership dues until you have been formally accepted.
